Glowing Star Empowerment Initiative and Development is a non-profit organization dedicated to building an inclusive world where children and individuals with special needs can thrive. Founded in 2020 by Hajiya Safiya Mansoor, and inspired by her niece Nesira, who lives with cerebral palsy, the initiative officially registered in 2025 to expand its mission of hope and empowerment. We provide free healthcare, inclusive education, advocacy, and empowerment programs that support children with disabilities, their families, and caregivers. At Glowing Star, we believe no child should be left behind—every child deserves dignity, opportunity, and the chance to shine. Together, we are breaking barriers, changing narratives, and creating a future where every star glows bright.
