INCLUSIONWORKS: Inclusive Vocational Training & Microenterprise Start-Up for Special Needs Youth

The IncluslusiveWorks project is a life-changing initiative by Glowing Star Empowerment Initiative and Development. It provides practical, hands-on vocational training tailored to the strengths and abilities of children and youth with special needs.

Participants are supported to start their own small businesses or join cooperative production teams, fostering financial independence, creativity, and confidence.

• 👩‍🏫 Deliver skill-based training cucustomized to each individual's capacity.

• 💼 Build sustainable micro enterprises for beneficiaries.

• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Encourage inclusion and dignity through economic empowerment.

🎯 Project Goals

✅ Train 50+ special needs beneficiaries annually in:

• Bead-making

• Tailoring & sewing

• Baking & snacks

• Soap and body care production

• Urban gardening

✅ Distribute starter kits and seed capital to 70% of trainees
✅ Provide caregiver business coaching sessions quarterly
✅ Host 2 product exhibitions per year
✅ Launch a cooperative business model for sustainability
