Glowing Star Empowerment Initiative and Development

is a passionate, purpose-driven non-governmental organization dedicated to creating a world where children and individuals with special needs can thrive, dream, and shine. Founded in 2020 by Hajiya Safiya Mansoor, a devoted advocate for inclusion and equality, the organization was inspired by her beloved niece, Nesira, who lives with cerebral palsy. Witnessing the daily challenges Nesira faced ignited a vision in Hajiya Safiya—a vision to build an inclusive society where children with disabilities are not only seen but supported, empowered, and celebrated. This vision officially came to life in 2025 when the initiative became a registered non-profit organization. At Glowing Star, we believe that every child deserves access to quality education, compassionate healthcare, and opportunities to reach their full potential—regardless of their abilities. Guided by this belief, we work tirelessly to break barriers, challenge stigmas, and provide practical solutions that improve lives.
