The Inclusive Vocational Training & Microenterprise Start-Up project is a life-changing initiative by Glowing Star Empowerment Initiative and Development. It provides practical, hands-on vocational training tailored to the strengths and abilities of children and youth with special needs.
Participants are supported to start their own small businesses or join cooperative production teams, fostering financial independence, creativity, and confidence.
